Thank you for shopping at cool n'warm. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation via Hutko payment system. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Times
Delivery times vary depending on the product and destination:
- Ukraine: 3–7 business days
- International (EU, UK, USA, Canada, and other countries): 7–30 business days depending on the destination and customs processing
Shipping is handled via AutoDS fulfillment partners. Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to Russia or Belarus. Orders placed with a delivery address in Russia or Belarus will be automatically cancelled and refunded.
Customs & Duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. cool n'warm is not responsible for any delays caused by customs processing.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier's website.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at support@coolnwarm.shop and we will investigate the issue with our fulfillment partner.
